Shitty Bikes Rule

Man do I have an ever greater appreciation for the basic simplicity of riding bikes. Shitty bikes, especially. You might call ‘em “vintage.” I call em shitty. And that’s a term of endearment, trust me. Riding a shitty bike is just plain awesome.

Tons of stories, video, and stills have been shot on Ray’s Indoor Mountain Bike Park. So after a recent trip to Ray’s with my boys, I decided to tell keep this post real simple by telling you the 10 things you would probably only find out by going to Ray’s.

What Do Motorcycles Have To Do With Bicycles?
Nothing…other than the fact that they roll on two wheels and are cool too. But I’m not writing this post because motos are cool. I’m writing this post because what I experienced at this Orange County Choppers unveiling for the Monster Diesel custom build truly surprised me. And I think you’d enjoy hearing about it.

Paul Teutul Sr. bombed. And in my opinion, he bombed hard; voice cracking, stumbling, forgetting the product name he was endorsing, loosing his train of thought, and even forgetting to talk about the custom built chopper parked right in front of him…

Ok I couldn’t help myself on this one. It was hilarious. Especially when the waiter comes in and hands him a pair of Tai Tongs. The cake was a waxy mess and his fingers were burnt to a crisp.
