Far be it from me to write a post on speculation. But master double parker Lopes said it might be true. So fuck it. Let’s speculate.

If the rumor is true, this would be two major crotch kicks to Commencal’s balls inside of 6 mos. First, they get dropped by their US distributor. No biggie. Right? Commencal isn’t focused on the US market anyway. But if Lopes is right, and Gee, Rachel and Dan are bouncing, wow. It’s kinda huge. Huge for GT too. And we all know Lopes used to be a GT guy. So who knows. He may know something here. To quote Tyler McCaul’s reaction: “Shit.” GT better have a vat of cyan paint at the ready.
